Let me tell you guys what PROBABLY have happened. Just my guess, but
probably not too far away from the truth.
Someone contacted her and want her permission to setup a donation for her.
This guy has done this all the time. He will find a sad story. Call the
victim or the family of the victim to setup a donation accout on their
behalf. He will keep calling until he got the "yes". He will then use
multiple accounts to promote the story, to start a conversation or whatever
that is needed to increase the donation.
This is what you guys have seen so far.
Let me tell you what is gonna happen later. Kang will not end up with all
the donation (money or merchandise). This guy will ask for all kind stuff
before he willing to send her a check. He will not wire the money but insist
Kang to take a check from him. He is also gonna charge her a fee for
processing. And, only he knows how much money he has collected.
There is no "qin you tuan", this guy is the "qin you tuan". But his name
have never appeared only Kang knows who he is and even Kang has never met
him. But he has all her information so Kang will be way too afraid to do
anything about him.
He has done this for years and years and just waiting for the next story. If
you guys really have that much free time, sue him. He should be arrested
long long time ago.
