Zhu Ling, the victim of a thallium poisoning case in China 19 years ago, is
badly suffering from the residual effect. The diaphragmatic paralysis,
severe atrophy of her right lung, and the weak respiratory function present
the biggest threat to her. Tracheostomy was conducted and suction device is
being used. Dr. John Adis, a former U.S. Embassy doctor who visited Zhu
Ling and reviewed her chest x-ray before, also pointed out that the lung
problem presents the biggest threat to her life.
Would you or do you know someone who could provide some help with her case?

朱令深受铊中毒后遗症影响，目前威胁最大的是膈肌麻痹，右肺萎缩严重，呼吸功能很
弱。目前气管切开，吸痰器也在用。2001年，Dr.John Adis（曾任美国大使馆医生），
到东方医院看望朱令时看了她的胸片，认为肺部问题对她威胁最大。因为呼吸功能严重
威胁到朱令的生命，受朱令家人委托寻求有经验的呼吸科医生给予帮助。朱令家人不能
放过每一线可能救令令的希望。
