看方舟子这个微博，公安部在2007年对朱令案的答复，由于直接证据不足，所以不再继
续侦查。这个说得很清楚了，不知现在公知们还想要什么答复？没有证据就抓人？朱家
也是很有背景的，能够直达中央指示公安部破案，最后也就这个结果。

查了一下，国内刑事案件破案率30%，澳大利亚某年甚至是9%。好像刑事案件大部分都
是没破的，破了的还要考虑叔侄案，佘案等冤假错案。这两起还是因为真凶后来落网才
昭雪。想想觉得毛骨悚然。

现在高智商的案件越来越难破，还不准刑讯。

then i'd like to have investigation on whether there was political pressure
when the case was first reported (why it took 10 days to establish a case
allowing evidence to be stolen/destroyed).
i can accept lack of evidence if criminal is too smart for the police, but
if it's because of police-assisted coverup that destroyed the evidence, then
the statement "oh we don't have enough evidence" won't sit well with me.
personal opinion. this is just wishful thinking (investigation on whethere
there was a coverup/pressure).. and i know the likelihood of that happening
is 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%

我感觉太可怕了，好不安全啊，美国破案率40%，稍微高一点。。。
再想想以前中国号称破案率百分之百。。。怎么感觉更可怕呢

我觉得这个挺难的。。。但是我觉得如果真的能够调查出来的话，那个延迟10天的，还
有给朱令宿舍打电话要她们“保护现场”的，都应该负一定的责任。至少如果发现他们
现在身居更高的职位，辞职是最低的吧。
