正常人都会开枪，但是法律应该一视同仁，光从法理的角度讲应该判入狱一段时间。
只有极度隐忍的人才会选择不开枪。
法律和常理不一定符合的。
人不能只为不坐牢活着，像尼古拉斯凯奇一样把该做的事做了，后果又不是不能承受。

second degree murder 是谋杀罪
manslaugher是故意杀人罪
就没有一个误杀罪么？

this is the closest. but still not applicable. TM was slamming GZ's head on
payment and GZ was pinned down. He cried "help" and a neighbor yield "Stop,
knock it off". TM didn't stop. What else option GZ had other than drew and
shot?

GZ should yelled help in Spanish as well, like a poster here suggested.
Hint, we should yell help in both English and Chinese.

You hit the nail in the head. I heard some immigrants, when they are very
old and their brain deteriate, they could only speak in their mother tong (
