我英文不好，请大家说说chink是不是跟negro一样是种族歧视的词？
儿子刚上K,在我们这的community center 学游泳，回来他说教练管他叫chink,我一听
气坏了，怎么着，这几天辱华还没完了！教练都是高中生，他的教练是一个高中女生。
回来和老公研究一下，想明天去community center找管理层讨说法，不当回事到高中找
校长去。
我想说：This word "Chink" is very offensive, we absolutely can not tolerate
it. Kids like my son's age can not defend themselves but such a word will be
very traumatic to their feelings. I need to know what a solution can be
provide to prevent this racial issue happen again!
咋就觉得语言苍白，大家帮着出谋划策，谢谢！！

你应该直接去找管理层，要求解雇此人！最少要严重道歉，而且儿子不能再被她教带！

Coaches should no belittle any athletic intentionally. This being said,
there are lots of coaches that have the style of "boot camp sergeants".

addition, demand that Community center issue appology and notice to all
staff members about racial sensitivity.

不用解释chink这个词如何了，就客客气气告诉学校事情的过程，尽量客观。学校有她
的一套程序来处理。

不是这样的。
如果确有其事，每一起report都会增加这个教练的嫌疑。学校如果有几个类似的报告根
本不用调查就会开掉这个教练。
林书豪遭遇的大大小小的种族歧视恐怕几百起不止，选择自己的处理方式去面对，只要
精神上不要被打垮、越来越强就好

直接找校长，不要带情绪，你也不需要解释你对chink这个词的看法。只需要客观把事
情讲清楚。看对方如何处理。这是一个negotiate的过程。谈判中最可怕的对手是不露
底线的对手。气愤，下定义，都会部分暴露底线。
如果对方处理不当，再找校区，律师，媒体。
