感谢这个斑所有的人,我从这里收集了近30篇文章发给我父母,还问了些问题,大家都耐心
的回答,
真的很谢谢大家.
我父母今天早上拿到签证,
大致是这样的:
我的情况:
我是博士转硕士,今年1月份毕业,申请父母5月份来参加我的毕业典礼,刚刚找到工作,还没
有签PAPERWORK,所以,
就让父母把我和公司的EMAIL打出来付在材料里了.这次,他们自己资助自己.
我父母是下午1点的,
我妈说VO是个30多岁的象是巴基斯坦的GG(我妈的原话,她BBS的文章看多了,说你们不都是
这么说的吗?哥哥)
VO最一开始就把我父母的材料拿到了他们组的最上面,然后叫我爸的名字,
我妈没反映过来(我爸的中文名字比较难念),我爸把我妈拽上去,
我妈费了半天劲把材料都塞了进去.
我妈主说: 你好!
VO:你去过美国?
我妈:是,去过一次
VO:什么时候?
我妈:八几年!
VO:去干什么?
我妈:商务考察!
VO:你现在干什么?
我妈:我自己有公司,XXX,我从XXX退休.
VO:你女儿回来过?
我妈:是,2002年,回来过一次,2003年本来要回来参加个国际会议,顺便回家,闹SARS没回来

To all future potential Donee
1. By accepting the donation, Donee accepts this Terms and Conditions as
a whole with no exception.
2. Before soliciting any types of donation by express his/her traumatized
feeling or difficult situation on any type of forum/bulletin, Donee shall
declare his/her entire financial details including but not limit to income,
deposit account balance, insurance claimable, stocking exchange account
balance, owned housing and real estate’s market value, retirement account
balance, oversea properties, future social security benefits, employment
status and income of any living family members including parents and
siblings, any account receivables as such.
3. Donor reserves the right to audit, background check the information
declared by Donee. If Donor has any believe that the information declared is
the not the truth, the whole truth, nothing but truth, Doners has the right
to withdraw his/her donation and publically announce his/her allegation.
4. Any types of medical condition such as birth defect and physical
disability claimed by the Donee is subject to Donor’s professional opinion
regardless of his/her medical degree status.
5. The Donee shall publish the entire record of donation received at a
weekly schedule on all major public Internet outlet such as MITBBS and
Huaren forum.
6. During the indefinite future period after the donation is made, if the
Donor has any believe that the Donee is in a better financial wellbeing
than Donor’s or anyone the Donor plans to donate, Doner has the right to
withdraw his/her donation.
7. Donee shall declare his/her major life change events including but not
limit to re-marriage, purchase of a real estate, refinance a real estate
property, starting a new employment.
8. If the total amount of donation Donee received has exceeded what the
Donor had expected, Donor has the right to withdraw his/her donation.
9. Upon receiving the withdraw request in the format of email, written
letter, fax or BBS post, Donor shall return the entire claimed amount to the
Donor with 2 business days by the method designated by the donor. An
interest compounded daily at 10% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) shall be added
to returned donation for the period held by Donee.
10. The Donor reserves the right to report his/her donation to any local/
federal/foreign law enforcement agencies, taxation authorities such as IRS
and public news media.
11. This Terms and Conditions is subject to change without prior notice
to the Donor. Any future Revised Terms and Conditions is still applicable to
donation that are already made.

挺好的，辛苦了！几个建议：
1. 做成中英对照，避免歧义。
2.只有donor有权审核吗？我觉得任何独立第三方都可以参与监督，扩大监督人范围是
最好的监督手段。只有donor才有权审核的结果，就会像粉们叫嚣的：你捐了吗？没捐
就闭嘴。
3.募捐之初应该说明募捐理由，募捐的时间范围，所需的大致金额。就算真的是需要“
long term support”的，也该给个每个月需要多少的数目，大概的时间范围。
4.如果是个人募捐，那donee的姓名，照片，zip都是必不可少的。就算其他财务状况当
时不能理清，姓名照片和zip没有道理不知道。如果是组织募捐，是否具备募捐资质，
项目的全权负责人，也是要公告的。不管个人还是组织，谁负责出面答疑，都要事先说
好，答疑人需要公布姓名照片zip，以及与donee或者组织的关系。
5.在mit募捐的个人或者组织，需要在中英对照版的T&Cs上都签字。面向mit募捐就要接
受整个mit的监督。这个要事先有心里准备。
6.暂时先想到以上五条。
真能通过康事件规范网络募捐流程，打击不法募捐，才是黑们的最大贡献。

要搞个中文版本和法语版本，以固定词汇的含义，否则到时候就是一场语义的大战了。
也可以把一些可能有歧义的词汇加注释，进行定义。
