his english is much higher than me. but
the original post didn't tell us how he improved his English so much

临时现场发挥能想出这么多笑话的不是人。所有公共发言的人，不管是为了什么目地，
都是要事先背过的。那些即兴发挥演讲的也都是把以前说过的东西变个花样重复一遍。

Well,you just made another unwarranted claim.
That aside, you didn't get the point. The point is not how good his English
really is. The point is he played a yellow trash figure for some cheap fun.
That's quite repulsive.
