最近遇上个恶心事，借人气问一下大家，谢谢了。
事情这样的，邻居撞了我的车，走保险，去了geico指定的collision center修。然后
除了第一天接到了collision center的电话说要换bumper之后，再也没接到电话和短信
。过了一周多后收到邮件说我的车已经修好，取车的时候collision center说我的车一
周前就修好了，拒绝支付这一周的rental car。我在还rental的时候enterprise的人告
诉我enterprise和geico的communication log显示中间我的车delay了，但是这个log暂
时打印不出来，因为没有确定是哪一方的责任。
argue后收到邮件：
I was able to speak with my manager today, and I copied him on this email,
and we are unable to pay for the rental. I am not sure why you didn't
receive any of the communication because I personally made the calls and had
the conversation at drop off that your vehicle would be complete in a day
or two and it was. I am sorry for the inconvenience it is causing you, that
is not our intention. If I can address anything else about the repair,
please feel free to reach out to me.

事实是，我既没有收到电话或者短信或者email，drop off的时候他们说会每天更新消
息我也从来没收到。
我想问这种情况应该怎么办？是collision center还是geico的责任？我应该怎样收集
证据？
