Dear student,
We regret to inform you that you have been academically disqualified from
further enrollment at University. According to the University regulations,
any graduate student who fails to achieve a minimum 3.0 grade point average
(GPA) in all courses applicable to his/her degree while on academic
probation will be subject to academic disqualification. You may view your
GPA here.
If you have registered and paid fees for the next quarter, your registration
will be cancelled. For a refund of fees, submit the Refund Request form to
Student Financial Services. The form may be downloaded from the Student
Finance Policies page, under the section "How to Request a Refund."
If you would like to petition for graduate reinstatement, please follow the
instructions that are outlined on the following website: www........
