As I understand, in this country (US), it is unethical to make negative
comments on a group of people based on race, gender, age, color of skin,
where they are from, ...
Do you agree ?

You also need to understand the context under which "negative" comments
occur. Disarming oneself first is wimpishly stupid.

This is true. Even positive comments on a group of people based on race,
gender, age, color of skin, where they are from is dangerous.
