if you just ignore it, they will bill to your student account, and you won't
get your degree without clearing your financial liability. that's what my
univ. did.

如果是私立学校，真不交也没太大事；但如果是州立大学，他们就是州警，是与DMV分
享的，必须处理。

trust me, they will figure out who's the car owner if they want, unless your
car does not have a plate number and your car's VIN is invisible from the
windshield.
I didn't register my car with my school either, but when I abandoned my
wrecked car at their parking place, they figured it out and send me an email
asking me to move my trash, or I would be fined
