I got a SAMSUNG cell phone 3 month before. Its touch screen sometimes does
not work well. Most time, I only use it for making phone call, at least this
basic function works before today. This morning, I find the phone can not
be charged and also can not be turned on.
I called ATT service, they told me that they have to replace the phone and
if I did not buy additional warranty I may have to pay for that.
Also I have to go to some special store to get this problem fixed.
Anyone has similar experi
