终稿提交有以下的要求，需要把以下那段话加在第一页的底部，比较长，估计一行都放
不下，请问这个在latex里面如何实现，具体用什么命令？
另外我是只需加“Copyright (c) 2010 IEEE.”，还是需要把后面的话全部加上？多谢

真服了你了。你怎么不仔细看人家的原文，说地很清楚
1.那一整段都要加。
2.另外谁说要加到第一页底部了？人家说加到PDF文件的第一页。你要把这段话放第一
页。其他的内容不变，从第二页开始。
很多的杂志都这么做的。submit时第一页放信息，第二页开始才 title， authors，
abstract etc。

Note: the pdf file of your paper needs to include the following additional
notation at the bottom of the first page:
Copyright (c) 2010 IEEE. Personal use of this material is permitted. However
, permission to use this material for any other purposes must be obtained
from the IEEE by sending an email to p**************[email protected]
这是网站上的要求，意思就是说要放在第一页的底部的．有些杂志我知道是第一页只有
信息，但也有一些是第一页就title的，然后那段话放底部
