我点一个煎鸡蛋就有什么sunny side up, over easy, over medium, 烦不烦？牛排有
什么medium, medium rare. 咖啡有什么latte, cappuccino, mochiato, americano,
expresso, au lait. Cheese 那就更成千上万了。餐具有什么table spoon, soup
spoon, bread knife, steak knife, 大大小小用具几百种，用错一个就是你没教养。
还有穿的，那更复杂了，什么场合什么衣服，连去健身房的衣服也要专门的，我随便穿
了件汗衫短裤去健身房竟然还真的和别人穿的不一样。操tmd的。

共党以后的中国当然很草根。想当年，中国的礼节和丰富比起蛮夷不知道领先多少世纪

用错了哪里是没教养，只不过不好用而已。你试试用普通餐刀切pizza？穿双人字托跑

I was just explaining to a friend of mine who happens to be white why most
chinese people like chinese food so much and pretty much just reject
anything non-chinese automatically when it comes to food.
Some people are just conditioned to like certain things that they think they
like and they never bother to ask why.
It's like single WSNs all want to have steaming hot sex with pretty girls
three times a day, it's not that they know for sure they will like it, but
they do like the idea of having steaming hot sex with pretty girls three
times a day, and who doesn't? In reality though, even if they managed to
find hot girls to have sex with them, they might not enjoy the fast and
furious type of sex, they might like it nice and slow, or they might not
even want to have sex three times a day.
bad analogy, I know, but you get my drift

我吃过很多国家的菜啊
觉得愿意天天吃的还就是中国菜，虽然我经常天天吃快餐
除了中国菜，某些法国菜和意大利菜也不错
其他就不容易接受了

that's why I cook whenever I can. that way I can tweak things to my
likings. For example, I am really fond of the way cumin tastes, and I
use it in many of my recipes, but that doesn't mean I'm predisposed to
being receptive to any indian or mediterranean dish.

我和楼主一样讨厌这些花样，但是骂美国人有些冤，连美国的中国餐都属于美国饮食文
化，楼主说的这些花样都是老欧洲传统，美国不少自由派也是不在乎教养不教养的。

你就是去地摊喝豆浆也有规矩是吧？人肯定得问你“咸的甜的？”
你要咸的，人还得问“要不要辣油？”，“要多辣？”。
不过不用把这些跟什么“教养”联系起来。我不知道豆浆可以加辣油，只是说明我没喝
过辣豆浆而已，不能说明我没有教养。同理，我不懂吃西餐的规矩，最多说明我不怎么
吃西餐，和我有没有教养有什么关系？

大部分人都倾向于喜欢自己从小习惯的食物。
也有很多人都觉得自己的家乡菜，或他爸妈做的饭最好吃。其实很可能找另一百个人来
试验，他们可能都对这些菜不以为然。
吃的东西只要上了某个threshold,剩下的都是个人习惯和口味而已。
