Well, in terms of sexuality, I find it fishy that this guy does not have a
girl friend. Then again, not a lot of famous pianists do (like Evgeny Kissin
).
If you go on youtube and watch him play Rachmaninoff concerto No.3, he looks
like he's humping the damn piano seat.
So, I'm gonna have to give that a big YES!

One, I don't know the sexual orientation of Lang Lang. Nor do I really care.
Two, I believe he seems happy most of the time. He's always bouncing around
on the piano. So, he looks happy. He's also playing the piano, something he
seems to enjoy. Thus, he must be gay (in the old definition of happy).

Based on the video of Rachmaninoff concerto No.3 mentioned by Freeman, he
looks like he may be gay just by watching the movement of the hands and the
looks he makes with his face. I'm gonna have to say yes.
