公寓厨房的水池，有两个水槽，水龙头在中间，可以往左也可以往右的。今天突然发现
不可以扭动了。我得跟公寓管理人员反应这个问题让他们来修，不晓得英文怎么说啊，
请大家帮帮忙。。。。。

1. The faucet is not working properly - it is fixed in one position.
2. The faucet doesn't turn.
3. The thing above the sink doesn't do it is supposed to.
4. I need a plumber to fix the faucet.
5. The faucet in the kitchen stopped working with me.
一万种说法吧。宗旨是让他派一个plumber来。
这里的小将们语言修养太差。整天都在琢磨生僻的口语化的词像“你大爷的”怎么翻成
英语，反而这类常用英语口语不知道怎么讲。
