Previously, Bin Laden used substitutes to cover himself and bewilder the US
troops and CIA agents. On May 2nd, 2011, Bin Laden opened the New York Times
and was astonished to read the news that he had died. He phoned Obama right
away:” Did you read the newspaper today? The paper said I died!” “Sure,
” replied Obama, “congratulations, you just became the substitute of Osama
Bin Laden!”

中国人写的英文。

The person who wrote that is a Chinese who has published
his papers in various scholarly journals in the US.
It is possible that Chinese ppl can write good English.

一句话整出好几个定语从句，看着真累。能写出高质量journalpaper的不见得英文就用
的地道。

啥是地道？
用的多的就是地道。
要是中国人都和新加坡或者香港人那样说写英语，这就是主流的英语了。你非要读红脖
英语和吸血鬼英
语不成？
对别人不要那么刻薄。

我亲戚的朋友的同事的朋友是Obama身边的红人，据他说Obama是看了《让子弹飞》后来
了灵感。在下总统选举和911十周年前，一定要把本拉登干掉，不管是真的还是假的，
效果都有是一样的。

In US, they would normally say 'double' not 'substitute'. In this case, Bin
Laden's double. The author may used 'substitute teacher' before based on his
background.

"So I Open The Newspaper This Morning And See...."
