有一两天了，计算机突然变得很慢。
scan 过 virus, deleted several trojans. Still slow.
可能有些什么原因？应该check 些什么？ Thanks!

Ctrl+Alt+Delete --> check which process is not familiar --> try to kill those
processes.

还有，how do I check whether CPU, or mem, or harddisk has some problem?

indeed, it's amlost three years. sign.
actually it is still under warranty (i have 3 years warranty with Dell, on-
site service), shall I ask them to replace some parts? Which parts are
cirtical, and possible to be the reason causing the problem? hard disk,
mother board, cpu, or memory?

一般来说变慢是因为软件的因素造成的。硬件问题，要么不出问题，要么就是
大问题，而不仅仅是变慢而已。
如果你不在乎的话，disk defrag，重装Windows，虽然耗点时间，但有可能
让你的电脑块不少。
如果你不在乎数据了，还可以format掉硬盘，重新装Windows和所有_真正需要_
的软件。注意避免一些常见的adware，bloatware。
如果这样还是不行，那就真的有可能是硬件问题了。
