买得 XP 里面既然有两张盘，一个是 x64，不知道那个更快
机器是 Core 2 duo 2.4GHz, 4M cache, 不过才 1G 内存
32 位程序都可以在 x64 下用，对不？

晕，说了半天，最关键的不说。32 bit的cpu还是64 bit?

CPU is Core 2 Duo, don't know it is 64 bit or 32 bit :)
I got two copies of xp: 64bit version and 32 bit version
Can I install them as dual OP systems?

you can only install 64 bit xp with 64 bit cpu, so you have to know. or just
install 32bits xp,which can also be installed with 64 bit cpu

Both can be installed on your machine. but I would rather install 32 bit ver
sion for software compatibility

Thnks, I will install 32bit version first.
I thought x64 may use Duo core more eifficient and faster.

Core 2 duo: yes
Core duo: no
Pentium D: yes
All AMD dual core are yes.

我的是 core 2 duo 6600
xp 32 和 x64 可以装成双系统不？相比较一下两个的性能
是不是 32 bit version 装在 C:, 64 bit version 装在 D: 就可以了？

don't install 64bit version - it will never get ready within the next 1-2
years for sure - especially when you want to program, you will get into a
huge lot of trouble...
I installed >10 times on three different machines and both windows and linux
OS's. Now none of them left...
