His parents' computer has to be XP Pro..
Or he needs to use VNC, which probably would be a nightmare considering the
networking conditions..

VNC is slower than Remote Desktop.

用msn messanger里面那个remote assistance就好了
前提是双方都用得xp w/sp2
慢是慢了点
总比说不清干着急强
