Just had my first hour experience with Vista premium, it was much better
than I expected. Look and feel is so much better than my Windows 2000. In
fact, I always format a new machine's XP with windows 2000. I saw little
reason for me to upgrade to windows XP after all the years, but Vista
definitely looks like a worthy candidate. With 2G memory and a Core 2 dual
CPU, simple browsing and a few regular apps didn't give me the impression
that it is twice as slow as XP as some benchmark indicates.

tell us more when you have used it for couple of months
