最近打算发485的时候，律师发现我有两年的时间在家上班，觉得我违反了H-1B的身份
。因为我的H-1B的雇佣地点跟我的家不在同一个州。大家谁也有过这样的经历吗？
我的感觉是我们应该早就报告给移民局，但我和我老板都没有意识到这个。现在律师建
议去一趟加拿大，这样就可以更新I-94了。律师说485只查最近一次入境之后的记录。
请有过相同经历的朋友指点。‘

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-NY, and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, are believed to
be on the cusp of introducing a new bill in the Senate on Comprehensive
immigration reform.
The Schumer/Graham initiative combines enforcement with earned legal
status for immigrants who are out of status or came in illegally.
Washington sources say they are ready to introduce the bill "any day
now."
God knows the Irish could catch a break on this issue.
The intense lobbying efforts in 2006 and 2007 were succes

我用T61笔记本，xp系统。无线上网的无线信道突然关闭了，再也打不开。“网络连接
”里什么都看不见。设置网络的时候，说无线网卡和有线网卡都disconnected了， 请
问这是怎么回事？万分谢谢。

请问你LD的485上的work location 是你们的home address吗？
H-1B上的work location是公司地址还是家里地址呢？
我H-1B的worklocation是公司办公室。当然485上的worklocation也是公司地址。律师
觉得worklocation和homeaddress不在同州，会怀疑我不在办公室上班。事实上我确实
不在办公室上班。 呵呵。我不在H-1B批准的地址上班可能是违规了。
另外，你们的485过了吗？谢谢啊！
