再装迅雷等等中文软件都有乱码
但也不全是乱码

语言是chinese PRC

change non-unicode language to Chinese, then restart ur computer

Sorry, but I still don't quite understand. You mean change non-unicode
language to Chinese under Regional and Language Options? I have already set
the language as Chinese.

"Regional and Language Options", "Advanced", "Language for non-unicode progr
ams", change to "Chinese(PRC)"
You may need to reinstall the Chinese programs
