My winxp is freezed right on the step where the windows screen shows everytime
I tried to start my computer. Then the computer is totally freezed and I have
to unplug the power.
I can enter into safe mode.
I also try to repair the system, but it does not work.
Then I try to install the new winxp using factory reinstallation CD, now it
can start but failed to shut down.
I decide to format the C driver where my windows system stay, but the system
won't allow me to do it even in the safe mode.

1.Boot up with your installation disk.
2.don't choose repaire the existed system but install a new one
3.when asked which partition to install, choose your C (be careful) and
it will ask you format or not.
4.do what you want!
