UTF，short for Unicode Transformation Format, has utf-7 and 8.
foxmail cannot recorgnize such charset, but outlook express can.
export as eml file and open in OE bah.
winzip may also can decode utf i think
or, use MView Convert to convert utf-8 to gb
and, so funny, can u tell that guy not to use that charset?
