It is mentioned somehwere that for a 64M RAM machine,
NT takes 19M out of 64M ram after OS+SP4(only) typical
installtion while win2000 takes ~40M out of 64M. It is
the case as to my experience.
Some of hardwares are not full-supported under win2000 yet.
You may check HCL on microsoft webpage to see whether you
want some of your devices to be supported only for basic
function by w2k.
FYI, 128M just cost about 60$ nowadays.
