port 139 is used by NetBIOS over TCP/IP. Possible
risk is DoS attacking. But it was fixed in WIN2K SP1.
You can turn it off in "WINS" tab of the "
Advanced TCP/IP Settings" dialog box
if you don't need to enable file/printer
sharing on that interface.
