find a software called "sfdisk" (coded by a Chinese, I
think)
then recover the old partition, and then scandisk, probably
you will get
error message, but most of your data will still be there.
I recovered my C: in this way before. Data files had no
problem at all, but some important windows .dll files were
broken, so I simply copied all data files out and recovered
using ghost.

直接把MBR都清了不一定好吧？
最关键的不包括最后两个字节的最后那64个字节，那是4个主分区表
的信息，关键是把那64个字节调整到正常的位置，清了的话，用dos
得fdisk要记住exact的柱面数etc才有可能恢复。
