some people harassed you thru your messenger service.
you can disable your messenger service then it is gone.
however, it is NOT recommended since many tools are using the messenger
service.
what i would like to do is try to disable the messenger service. but keep a
close eye on the event viewer. if anything wrong due to this service, you may
have to enable it again.
why not google to find a good solution?
