it's easy, open your case, make sure everything (pci cards, ISA cards,
memory...) are firmly pushed into slot. and try again.
if still not working, remove every parts (memory, pci, isa cards, ide cables)
on your motherboard and take the motherboard out. look and make sure there
are no small metal pieces cause the shorten. and also check inside the case.
blow the dust off your motherboard, take it easy on this step. don't break any
parts.
put everything back in. make sure plug in everything c
