把你的个人资料和有用的数据统统转移到别人机器或者CDR上，然后用Win2000光盘
启动，格C，再一步一步地安装Win2000

sometimes your machine won't even boot from a win2k cd if winxp is already
installed; so you need to
1. back up your data
2. format or delete the winxp partition using other tools, such as a bootable
winxp cd provided by dell, but don't install the OS!
3. boot from a win2k cd and install win2k on that blank partition
