Finally I resolved this problem by reinstall Win2k. In 20 mins, it works like
a charm.
I think the chinese simplified font files were damaged/messed up when I was
trying to install richwin2k(failed). It has nothing to do with IE itself since
it uses Win2k's font support I guess.
