NTFS is a better file system not only for its security (for example
NTFS is not as easy to be fragmented as FAT32). But frankly, you
probably won't see any difference on your laptop.
20G harddrive is about 18 giga bytes in actual size.

There is only one problem with NTFS.
Linux can not access it.
you see, if my computer screwed up, the last thing I can do to rescur the
data is to pop in my knopix CD, boot into Linux, mount the data drive and
burn the data onto CDs. :)
Can not help if the data are on NTFS drive.

if my computer screwed up, I just put in my winXP cd and
boot it up to winXP... or even better, just change my
ghost backup to first disk and boot from there... hohoho
