type in:
ping 207.217.120.83
if positive result then proceed as the following.
run->ncpa.cpl
right click your connection (Local Area Connection most likely)->properties
select Internet Protocal (tcp/ip) -> click button "properties"
check "use the following dns server addresses"
then input:
207.217.120.83
207.217.126.81
these are earthlink dns.
type in:
ping 207.217.120.83
