不知按错了什莫键，win2000突然不能启动了，故障如下：
先显示"windows is starting up...." 然后显示，“preparing network connection...
"
然后就突然重启了。那位兄台解释一下这是怎末回事？该怎末解决？先写写了。

Windows automatically reboot when error occurs. could be a whole list of
errors.
there could be a good chance there are bad sectors in boot section.
1. try to boot into safemode, and disable the automatic restart, try to reboot
the machine, see what happens.
2. if you can't boot into safe mode. you may have a failed hard drive. connect
the hard drive to another computer, try to recover your data and install a
new hd.
3. if you think 1 or 2 doesn't apply to your situation. take it to your it
supp
