Please advise on the following windows2000 lock-up problem.
When my Win2000 locks up, there are no error messages, the screen
usually locks the mouse freezes and the keyboard stops taking input. It
usually happens when (but not only when) I have turned off the monitors
and disconnected the router from the outside world.
The problems began several months ago after I tried to install a
version of Roxio CD burner which caused a system crash. I managed to
uninstall the program but this problem w
