好象不对. 也许我没说清楚.
I mean to drag the icon on desktop to the bar underneath (the "start" me
nu bar--taskbar? toolbar?). still can drag it now. I can drag the icons
in 2000.

你是指enable quick launch吧

I guess you mean drag shortcut icon on desktop to quick launch bar.
You need to locate your quick launch bar first. It's not taskbar.
You cannot drop icons on taskbar.

XP默认quick launch bar没有打开，而且打开了也是lock了，只有三个图标
那么长，还要unlock task bar然后改长度
