I have reinstalled the system.
But when I start, it shows there is two xp system and ask me
to choose one, and there is only one work.
Is there any way to figure this?

edit c:\boot.ini
delete the line corresponding to the old system.

If you can't find the file, try the following:
Start --> right-click "My Computer" --> property --> "Advanced" tab --> click
"Startup and Recovery" setting --> select the working OS from the "Default
Operating System" and change the "Time to display list of operating systems"
to 0 second (if you want).

attrib -h -s -r c:\boot.ini
