waiting period for selling, you are almost sure to earn the 15% (the only risk
is that the stock suddenly drops a lot between the purpase date and the actual
date you can sell). If your company allows ESPP share transfer immediately
(for example, issue stock certificate for ESPP shares), you can even short the
stock at exactly the purchase date in your brokerage account and then fill
them back with ESPP shares. In this w
