When I was applying H-1, my employer and the company's lawyer said the same
thing, I didn't believe, but I had no control of it, so filed a regular one, a
hundred bucks, but it just took 10 day to be approved. So no worries at all.
Also your case is a H-1 transfer, is not limited by the cap, what are you
worrying about??
YES, IT IS a waste of money...... Relax, friend!
