Post it to Fanlaw or Xielaw? Or www.immigration.com, where you can usually

at all and it might have some effect or none effect on green card. Especially
after your husband find a job, you have enough time to demonstrate that you
are no longer public charge, given the green card application takes anywhere

By the law, there should not be any problem. I guess he will not be able to
apply green card right away. When it is the turn for I-485, it has been at

Nothing is guarenteed. I would say it is very unlikely. Try not to be involved
into the big situation as He Hongmei's case in the future. Otherwise you
