I would say, if you want to complain, complain by asking
questions toward resolving the problem. I mean to complain
in a constructive way. Because by doing this, your communication
might get three results:
1. Your boss gets to know you are working hard;
2. Your boss gets to know if there is any problem, it is not
your problem;
3. You might get good and helpful suggestions from your boss;
