I know it's convenient. Just like it's only 30 minutes drive for me to
go to San Francisco, but I still don't go there very often. I know some ppl
are more active and like to go to NYC for fun.but most ppl simply won't bother
to go there on a regular basis even if one-way trip is less than 1 hour.
The houses in bay area are shabby considering the prices you pay for them,
but except that, very good in bay area. I don't think it's over-crowded, and
I also like to have some people around
