after you get the phone offer?
IS 3 weeks too long ? should I keep calling the HR? she said last time on
phone she'll get back to me in a few days. but she didn't.

3 weeks is not so long for big company.
I heard sombody waits for 2 month.

same thing oh. HR said they will process the transfer , now it's been 2 wks
from the oral offer.
