请教版上各位大牛，在美国该如何与批发商讲价钱？有何标准可作为定价的参考？有可

概要：EE image processing, 小黑女VO,interview时无不良表现，无tough问题，所有材
料上都避免了敏感词。交谈2～3分钟，六七次general的问答，然后告知被check。另，
上一次签证，两年前，也被check了，再以前的N次都没check。 （现在很混乱，详细签
经晚些时候写）
问题求助：
1.小黑告知要check我的时候，问我要以前的护照，然后把我以前（已经过期cancel，
并且最后一次签证在新护照上）护照上的visa都盖了cancel章。我晕晕乎乎出来以后详
细想想，好像新护照上的最后一次US签证没被cancel，就赌运气，冲回去要回了
passport，结果真的没有cancel章。
2.我签证前身是鬼差把I94拆下来自己留着了
3.I20在我手里。
问题：以我多次出入美加边境的经验，边境警察用most recent visa I94和I20来核实
身份很状态，但不知道核实的是什么。我觉得用现有的东西符合过关的document要求，
但不知道check的状态是否被写入各个系统。请问我闯关成功的可能性大么？

这个Insurance是corp-to-corp的基本要求，大多数公司的协议里都会要求到。
有时候可以negotiate要求对方去掉这个要求 - 潜在的坏处是对方多少会觉得你的公司
不够正规。

net cost<=50% list price不稀奇，给你报价后还能讲下15％的基本不太容易实现。
想拿到好价格首先得是“道上人”，说话communication太业余的话拿不到好价格。
报价时要问resale price，虽然不是每个公司都offer resale price。

leverage，看来只有被砍的份了。不知有没有“行话大全”一类的书，能让我短时间内
就能听起来像“道上人”？

呵呵，没有什么“行话宝典”，靠经验和积累的。
想拿好价钱要有人和关系，生意都是这么做的，即便是代理商公司也在不断build up和
厂家的关系。因为价钱最终都是灵活的由人控制决定的。
一两个rfq金额也不大你就多问几家呗。如果这上面有比较大的长期业务，可以主动联
系你看好的代理商的outside sales，他们都想赚钱容易给你卖力如果值得的话。
私下公关联系的话都是差不多的情况下，要是你还没一点眉目或者根本就差太远就别浪
费时间了。

不建议楼主闯关. 我5.25号在ottawa被check, 现在还没clear.遇到3,4个被check的,
都是在这里老实等的. 其实我和你的情况差不多,都是旧的visa没被取消, 有其他材料.
我check的当天打DOS就有check的信息了. 所以还是有风险的.请三思.
如果你成功,记得更新经验.
