HK或者加拿大等地方网上预约的有确认信，不知道北京的电话预约会不会有确认信呢？
需要这个取申请德国签证，有确认信的同学能否分享一下格式？
多谢了！
目前国内很多单位这周末都不休息，因为要凑清明节4月2－4的假期，但是上海签证预
约中心这个周日是不工作的，估计周一周二会上班，周三清明节休息一天。

年底请假回国，公司人事其实根本不会不同意。其实就项目老板说了算。
本人也不是什么项目关键人物，老板就是要显显他的权威。
我把他要我签的条约贴出来，大家说说，是我太愤青，还是老板太恶心？

I have discussed this with management team and we agree that this is OK as
long as the following two conditions are met:
1. You agree to rearrange your trip if the work to be completed by xxx
incurs delays or there are significant changes in scope that require
timelines to be changed and
2. We have the ability to contact you in case there are issues that you and
only you need to address. This will require the ability for you to remotely
access the system to troubleshoot issues, etc.
HR, if Dufeng agrees to these parameters can you initiate approval by the
appropriate leadership for Dufeng to take this time off? It has been two
years since dufeng went to home in China.

1 is not reasonable but depends on how important the project is to your
company. 2 is totally reasonable.
BTW: it at least shows that your boss thinks you are important. Not too bad.

your boss is trying to negotiate it with HR for you. Depends on your boss,
he could be totally on your side. otherwise, there is no chance HR would
agree, right?

I think both are reasonable. the first one needs to add that "the company
would pay XXX back the expense incurred due to the change of the schedule (
ie ticket etc.)"

人事不是问题，他加那个什么改行程的要求太恶心。改行程的钱，公司又不会出。
其实不是它出钱不出钱的问题，估计没有公司有这么好，就是订了票，要我改这条。
人在屋檐下，不得不低头，签是签了，不过真要我改行程，我是不会改的，除非天塌下
来。

这种东西还要书面协议，闻所未闻。老板对你的professionalism完全是一种侮辱。
This is a contract you sign with a three years old. Get it published, it is
a humiliation.
这种事情的常规做法是口头打好招呼。如果项目的确需要，你应该同意改机票，你可以
报销带来的损失。如果你在国内，自觉尽量保证能够上网check system.
