本来已经发了自己的信息，发现有点不醒目，这里明确说一下：

版上的一个共识似乎是在I94截至前三个月提交。然而，这样做的坏处是假如由于某种
原因，审批不及时，各位会非常闹心：即使最终被批准了，之前你会一直提心吊胆，不
敢改票，不能订新票；假如不幸被拒了且I94过期了，更是悲惨，必须立刻离境。
我的案例说明：你大可以等父母来了一个半月就提交，这样你有四个半月的等待期。据
我所知，还没有一个案例会拖延这么长吧。这样你就可以淡定地等待，批了最好，批不
了也没什么大不了的，你可以有时间appeal或者按原计划回国。
我的case timeline：
3/25/13 父母到达，给的I94到9/24/13
5/13/13 网上提交延期申请，不需要另外邮寄任何东西
过了几天（即不清了），收到纸质receive notice
7/22/13 网上状态变为Approved
7/25/13 收到纸质Approval notice，附带的I-94是9/25/13~3/24/14
我的case跟同时期的其他cases速度一样，说明不会因为你交得早就不批或者延缓批。
那么是不是可以更早，下飞机或者来了一周就申请，没试验过，但个人感觉应该也是可
以，但非特殊情况，似乎没有必要了。所以推荐1-2月之间提交。

Here is my summary respond to several individual message asking for
clarification:
I don't have a checklist, nor do I believe you need one. As the submission
form is quite straightforward, it will ask you to provide whatever it needs.
So don't need to prepare in advance.
Yes, I filed I-134 and provided my bank statement, investment statement, and
payroll stab to support the I-134.
I also attach my explanation letter on their behalf. The reason is just to
experience American culture like Thanksgiving and Christmas. The reason that
they will return is that once staying here they need to go back to normal
life and we have relatives there. I think every parents will face the same
questions when they apply B2. So just use the same reason. As long as you
demonstrate your financial capability and have a clean record, I doubt
officer would make trouble to you.
一个插曲：非常汗的是，我在解释信里说爸妈不懂英语，所以我act on their behalf
，但是后面提交那个申请表的时候，我又claim是他们本人在申请，没人帮助，仿佛他
们懂英语。。。好在没人理睬这个mismatach...

No, I was not wrong.
That sentence just asks if you hold anything to demonstrate that you entered
the US under the so called "Visa Waiver Program". Apparently it is not the
case for my parents, because they obtained their visa stamp in China before
entering the US.

No, I was not wrong.
That sentence just asks if you hold anything to demonstrate that you entered

我这两天去USCIS ELIS看了一下，没有找到注册的地方，然后发现从2015年7月31日以
后，I-539都需要寄送，不能网申了。信息比较模糊，大家有了解情况的吗？

请问到五个月再交的话是不是也要2个月之后才能知道结果？那么期间已经超过六个月
的居留期限了，如果没有approve不是就悲剧了
