Yesterday I received an email from HR on referral bonus.
I noted no more demand in Assurance group and SPA group. Only tax or IFS.
Actually, since last Sep, I saw lot of new associate sitting in the office,
and there is no exception to the new group just started in Aug and Sep.
Although, from now, the utilization might be increased until the busy season
is over, which is the end of next Mar.
Therefore, a reasonable guess the possible layoff will start in May or
summer.
