因为申请简单，学费不贵又和lg在一起，所以在申请一个很一般的学校。因为我gmat还
不错，所以想念了硕士之后再申请好学校的phd。我本人想做教职，主要是为了那些假
期还有好解决身份。但不知道教职需要哪些条件呢？念了会计phd有什么用不？

当然有用，呵呵。
只是这会计硕士和博士那可完全是两码事哦，若数学底子好博士就ok.

PHD needs strong mathematics background and research ability to produce
paper published on top journals.

math background is mandatory. but your paper doesn't require to be publish
on the top journal or newspaper(I believe some Universities in China has
this requirement. BTW they published you paper doesn't mean you have a good
point/arguement, it because you pay them) Of course, if your paper could be
publish, it helps you to find a faculty position.

我本科高数，线代，概率论与数理统计都学了，还有每学期都有学有关计算机的课程至
少一门，不过就是我大一大二只知道玩，以为过了就可以了，那些数学课当时没有好好
学，成绩不好。不过我从小数学都是我拿分得项目，中考和高考几乎都是满分。
这些对我念博士有好处吗？

The point is they don't care your math score you got before college. But I
think the high GMAT: match score would help you. Plus, if you get good score
on match class on 3rd & 4nd yr of college it help you too. BTW you said you
are looking for "教职" means "professor" right? You may need 2 yrs on
master plus several yrs on PHD.
