到年根了。。。连credit Evaluation都打折
这家就是我用的Agency，好处是比较便宜，但是学分打的折扣也低，奶奶的7折。
动作比较慢，我用的general service，course by course, 感觉比承诺的5 working
days长，而且也不给email通知，写email问也不回。我家塑料花儿都谢了三茬才收到。
